Playcentre is a parent-run Early Childhood Education system unique to Aotearoa. You and your children grow and learn alongside each other with child-led play activities. Sand, water play, messy play, paint, construction, clay and play dough, plus so much more.
It is a fantastic way to spend time with your child, helping them to learn while socialising with other lovely whanau.

Koutu Playcentre offers a friendly and positive environment for children aged 0-6 and their families and whānau. Children are encouraged to explore and learn new skills through having the freedom to choose from a range of activities including dress up, painting, carpentry, crafts, water and sand play. Our large outside play area also provides lots of opportunity for adventure and imaginative play. We incorporate Te Reo Māori into our children’s learning through waiata and other activities.
